(AN ORUINANCE REPEALIlVG ORDINANCE N0. 438 (BEIlVG AN ORDIlVANCE
PURPORTINC� TO ,ANNEX .AND REZONE ILLINOIS BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY
PROPERTY))
WHENEAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois
has heretofore enacted Ordinance No. 438; and,
WHEREAS, said Ordinance, as enacted, through misconception,
erroneously described and rezoned territory thereby annexed and
rezoned ; and,
WHEREAS, it now becomes necessary to rectify errors thereby
made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLIlVOIS AS FOLL�WS :
l. That Ordinance No. 438, heretofore enacted and passed
by corporate authorities of the City of Canton, Illinois be, and
the same hereby is, repealed and declared null and void and of none
effect.
2. That this Ordinance be in full force upon its passage
by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
PoASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois
and APPRpVED by the Mayor thereof this 16th day of October, 1973.
