AN ORllINANCE REGULATDVG TRAFFIC ON CERT,�IN PORTIONS OF PARK COURT;
EAST SYCAMORE and NORTH ELEVII�ITH AVENUE; AND NORTH ELEVENTH AVENUE
AND SUNVIEW TERRACE IN THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE� CITY COUI�ICIL OF THE CITY OF CANTUN,
ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That no motor vehicle shall be parked (as defined
by th e Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois) on the East side
of Park Court in the City of Canton, Illinois between the South curb
line of West Walnut Street and the North curb line of West Maple
Street.

SECTIQN 2. �hat a stop sign shall be posted at the -��heast
corner of East 6ycamore Street and North Eleventh Avenue in the City
of Canton, Illinois so that whenever a driver af a vehicle heading
east on East Sycamore shall approach North Eleventh Avenue, he shall
bring his vehicle to a complete stop and then proceed with caution
when a safe interval occurs.
SECTION 3. That a stop sign shall be posted at the Northwest
corner of Sunview Terrace and North Eleventh Avenue in the City of
Canton, Illinois so that whenever a driver of a vehicle heading west
on Sunview Terrace shall approach North Eleventh Avenue, he shall
bring his vehicle to a complete stop and th en proceed with caution
when a safe interval occurs.
SECTION 4. That any person found guilty of a violation of
this Ordinabce shall be subject to a fine of not less than Five
dollars ($5.00) nor more than 7�,�o Hundred Dollars (�200.00).
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten days
after its passage by the City Council, approval by the Mayor and
publication according to law.
