that rvhenevei a driver of a vehicle heading either southbound or
northbound on �'leventh Avenue shall approach �lm Stp°eet he shall
br�ing his vehicle to a complete ti,top and tl�en proceed wit� caution
when a safe interval occurs. These stop �igns shall replace the
present yield si�ns situated at tYae�e locations.

to a complete stop and tiaen p��oceed with caution w��en a �a.f:e interval
occurs.
