ORDINANCE N0, l ..--s� :�
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois , that the territory hereinafter described is
within the corporate limits of the City of Canton, Illinois ;
and
IT FURTHER APPEARING to said City Council that all the
electors residing in said territory hereinafter described and
the owners of record of all the land within said territory
have requested that it be zoned B-2 as shown by the records
of this council.
THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CANTON, ILLINOIS :
Section 1. That the territory more particularly described
as follows :
The East One-Half of Lot Number 3 in
Johnson' s First Addition to the City of
Canton, Illinois ;
be and the same is hereby zoned B-2 with the further stipulation
that any recreational facility on the premises be specifically
forbidden.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in effect from
and after a majority vote of the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois , and approval by the Mayor.
PASSED by vote of the City Council and approved by the Mayor
