(An Ordinance reZOning realty located at 158 South Second Ave. � Canton, I11. )
Whereas� it appears to the City Council of the City of Canton, I1linois
that the territory hereinafter described is zoned R-4 tiut that the Planning
and Zoning Commfssion of this City has recommendecl that the sonir�g thereof be
changed to B�2; and,
Whersss� it further t�ppears to the aaid City Council that all of the pre-•
requi+sitea for rezoning �aid property have been met and that a hearing wae held
after noti�e touching thereon at which there wQre no objectors pr�sent�
NOWr THEREFOR�;� BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THT
CITY OF CNNTON� ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
Section l. That the territory described as�

be� and the aame hereby is rezoned from R-4 to B�2 under the zoning Ordinance I
of the City of Cs�nton, Illinois.
Section 2. That a copy of tt�is Ordinance shall be filed with the City
Clerk and proper changes ahall be effected on ths zonin� �ap of the City +so as
to reflect the zoning change herein provided.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in affeet from and after a majority
vote of the City Council of the City of Canton� Illino�s and approval of the �
Mayor thereof. !
