ORDINANCE N0. � -��
(An Ordinance re�ulating traffic on the South side of
Portions of Birch Street in the City of Canton, Illinois. )
BE IT ORDAINED BY TH� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY UF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That no vehicle shall be parked (a� defined by the
Ordinances of the �ity of Canton, Illinois) on the South side of Birch
Street in the City of Canton� Illinois between the east curb line of Main
Street and the west right-of-way line of the Chicago Northern Railroad
Company (formerly, C.B.3�Q. Railroad Ca)
Section 2. That the proper authorities of this C:ity shall place
appropriate signs informing persons of the foregoing provisions.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage by the C�ty Council of the City of Canton, Illinois,
approval by the Mayor thereof, and publication accordin� to law.
