APT ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARf:ING
ALONG WEST LOCUST STREET, IN
THE CITY OF CANTON,
FULTON COUNTY,
ILLINOIS
SECZ'ION 1•
It shall be unlawful to park or cause to be parked any vehicle along
West Locust Street as presently located within the City Limits of Canton
between a point 127 feet east of Avenue B to 904 feet west of Avenue D.
SECT'ION 2:
Any person violating this ordinance shall be fined not less than
Five �llars ($ 5.00 �� nor more than Two Hundred
Dollars ($ 200.00 �� for each offense, and a separate offense shall be
deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues.
SECTION 3: �
This ordinance repeals previous ordinances in conflict herewith.
