� Jackson and Mildred Jackson

� to the City of Canton, Illinois
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinais,
that the territory hereinafter described is not within the corporate limits of
any municipality but is contiguous to the City of Canton, Illinois, and
It further appearing to said City Council that this property is located
in an area which is well suited for residential purposes and therefore should b
annexed as Zoning Configuration R- 1, and
It further appearing to the said Ci ty Council that the premises herein-
after described are owned by LLOYD V. JACKSON and MILDRED JACKSON
and that they are the only electors that reside therein and that all electors
and all owners of the hereinafter described property have joined in the petition
to annex said property to the City of Canton as shown by the records of this
C ounc il.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
Se ction 1. That the territory described as follows:
Lot 4, 5, 6 and ? in Jackson�s subdivision, a subdivision of
a part of the Southwest corner of Section 33, Township 7
North, Range 4 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian in
Fulton County, Illinois,
be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Canton, Illinois. I
Section 2; That this property shall be annexed zoned as R-1, single
family residentiaL

Section 3. That a certified copy of this ordinance, together with an
