(An Ordinance amendin certain portions of Title 3 (BUSINESS) Chapter 8
(II�ITOXICATIlVG LIQUORS� of the Centon l�:�nicipal Code)
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois :
Section l. That the third and sixth paragraphs of Z'itle 3� C�apter
8, Section 7 of the Canton rtunicipal Code be amended, respectively� to
read as followe:
"Class 2, Su per C1ub License. From eleven o'clock (11:00) a.m. to
one o'clock (1:00� a.m. on each weekday and from twelve o'clock (12:00)
noon to ten o'clock (10:00) p.m. on each Sunday, provided, the presence of
au�q patron on the premisea of the licensee following the applicable latest
time for serving alcoholic liquor on aqy d�y �hall be pri.ma facie evidence
of a violation of the provisions of this Chapter."
"Class 4, Restawrant, Beer and Wine License. From eleven o'clock
(11:00) a.m. to ooe o'clock (1 :00) a.m. on each weekcl�y and from four
o'clock (4:00) p.m. to ten o'clock (10:00) p.m. on each Sund�y, provided,
however, order, service and consumption on aqy d�y shall only be at table
with the consnmption of food.
Section 2. That the sixth paragraph of Title 3, Chapter 8� Section
8 oi the CaQton Municipal Code be amenaea to read ae follo�rs:
"(E) The annual license fee for Class 4, Restaurant, Beer and Wine
License shall be five hundred dollara ($500.00)."
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
folloxing its passage by the City Council ana approval by the Mayor.
