comprehensive Flan for the Cit} of Canton, Illinais.)
Whereas, in the implementa.tion of urban redevelopment, the Ci_t} of Cantcn, Illi.nois
has determined that it is desirable and necessary to amend itG comprehensive plan

as establ.ished by Ordinance Nc. 523; and,
Wherea.s, this City has held the pub?.ic hearing therefor required b�� Chapter 24,
Section 11-12-1 et sequi on February 15, 1977,
NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT`I COUNCIL OF THE CIT1 OF CANTON, IL?.INOIS,
AS FOLI:OWS:

City of Canten, Illinois as adopted b}� the Cit}� Council on January 7, 1976 b;* Ordinance
Na. 523 be and the same hereb} is amended to include Map Nc. 4, Acquisition Plan,
attached hereto.
That thj.s amendat�ry Ordinance shall be in full force and effect L�.pon it� passage
