(AR ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF LINN STREET IN THE
CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS.)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOI3
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That no motor vehicle shall be parked (as defined by
the Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois) on the South side of Eaet Linn
Street in aaid City between the East curb line of South Fifth Avenue to the
West curb line of 8outh Sixth Avenue.
Seation 2. That the appropriate officials of this City ehall post
appropriate eigne and make appropriatc markings informing people of this
Ordinance.
Section 3• That any person who violates this Ordittance shall be sub�ect
to a fine of not less than $5.00 and not more than $200.00.
Section 4. That thie Ordinance ehall be in full Porce and effect
upon its paesage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois, approval
by the Mayor thereo�, and publication according to law.
