� WHERFAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of
a
; Canton, Illinois, that the territory herei��after described
�
is not wi�hin the corporate li_mits of any municipality but
is contiguous to the City of Canton, Illinois; and
It further appearing to the City Council that no electors
� � �reside in said territory and that the owners of record of
�
all of the land within said territory have requested that it �
be annexed to said City and rezoned as shown by the records
of this Council.
It further appearing to the said City Council that the
. Planning and Zoning Commission of said City has recommended
i unanimously that the property be annexed to said City and
rezoned B-2. - �
