0 R D I N A N C E No. 530
(An Ordinance re-zonin� property generally located on South Main Street in the
City of Canton, Illinois. )
Whereas, the Canton Planning and Zonin� Commission has recommended the
rezoning of the realty hereinafter described as hereinafter established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS ORDAIIVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described realty, to-wit:
A part of the Southeast ��uarter of Section 34 in Township 7 North
Range 4 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Fulton County, Illinois,
described as follows:
Beginnin� at a point 745.6 feet East and 17 feet
South of the center of said Section 34, thence East 132 feet, thence
South 60 feet, thence West 17'7 feet, thence North 60 feet� thence
East 45 feet to the place of beginning, situated in the County of
Fulton and State of Illinois,

be, and the same hereby is, re-zoned from R-2 to B-2 zoning configuration under
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Canton, Illinois.
Section 2. That the appropriate official of this City mark the zoning map
of this City to reflect the re-zoning herein ordained.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
its passage by t he City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois and approval by
the Mayor thereof.
