In attendance: Mayor Jeffrey Fritz, City Clerk Diana Pavley-Rock, Police Chief Kent McDowell
Commissioner poug Mannock and Commissioner Mike Freeman and representatives from Wal-
Greens (Lauri Stoneking, Eric Clear)
Mayor Fritz called the meeting to order at 4:01pm
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE 01-16-2014 LIQUOR COMMISSION MEETING
Motion and second were made by Commissioner Freeman/Mannock approve the minutes from
the 01-16-2014 liquor commission meeting.
The motion carried.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE 01-30-2014 LIQUOR COMMISSION MEETING
Motion and second were made by Commissioner Mannock/Freeman to approve the minutes
from the 01-30-2014 liquor commission meeting.
The motion carried.
DISCUSS. CONSIDER AND VOTE ON A CLASS H LIQUOR LICENSE FOR WAL-GREENS
The Class H liquor license application was submitted by Wal-Greens for a 7 day license. A check
in the amount of $1120.00 was submitted with the application. A Certificate of liability
insurance is on file with the application.
The City did not receive a surety bond in the amount of$500.00. This must be received prior to
the license being issued. A background check has been initiated by the police department, but
is not yet completed.
Motion and second were made by Mayor Fritz/Commissioner Mannock to approve the Class H
liquor license for Wal-Greens contingent upon receipt of the surety bond and completion of the
background check.
The motion carried.
DISCUSS, CONSIDER AND VOTE ON A CLASS H LIQUOR LICENSE FOR USCO
The City has not received the completed application from USCO. No action will be taken at this
time.

Motion and second were made by Commissioner Mannock/Freeman to adjourn.
The motion carried.
