IN ATTENDANCE:
Mayor Jeffrey Fritz, City Clerk Diana Pavley-Rock, Commissioner poug Mannock and
Commissioner Mike Freeman
REPRESENTATIVES FROM JD AND STREET&COMPANY INC
Daryl Meek, Ashley Maricle
1D AND STREET&COMPANY INC DBA BP GAS STATION
Applications were submitted for the BP Gas station located at 302 West Locust and 510 East
Linn in Canton for a Class H (7 day) liquor license. The City received the certificate of liability
insurance naming the City of Canton as additional insured along with the surety bond. The
opinion surveys were submitted. The Mayor reported that the background checks were
completed and there was not anything that would prevent a license being issued. These two
applications will be place on the next Council agenda for final approval.
Motion and second were made by Commissioner Freeman/Mannock to approve the class H
liquor license for JD and Street & Company Inc DBA BP Gas Station focated at 302 West Locust
and 510 East Linn Street.
The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
