A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR
REHABILITATION OF THE WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM
WHEREAS the City of Canton has determined that repairs and rehabilitation are
needed for the filtration system at the water plant located at Canton Lake, and,
WHEREAS it is necessary to advertise for bids for said rehabilitation work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, Fuhon County, Illinois that the City of Canton advertise for
bids for the rehabilitation of the filtration system at the city water plant.
That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage by the
City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, at a regular
meeting this 5th day of December , 2000, upon a roll call vote as follows:
