BE[7 RESOLVED, by the Council of the

City of Canton , lllinois, that there is hereby

appropriated the sum of $60,000.00 of Motor Fue1 Tax funds for filie purpose of maintaining
streets and highways under the applicable provisions of the Illinois Highway Code from January 1, 2013

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that only those st�eets, highways, and operations as listed and described on the
approved Municipal Estimate of Maintenance Costs, including supplemental ar revised estimates approved in connection
with this resolution, are eligible for maintenance with Motor Fus!Tax funds during#he period as specified above,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV�b, that the Clerk shalf, as soon a practicable after the close of the period as given above,
submit to the Department of Transportation, on forms furnished by said Depa�tment, a certified statement showing
expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s)for this period;and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified copies of this .
resolution to the district office of the bepartment of Transp�rtation, at Peoria , Illinois.

The resolution adopted by the City Council on November 19, 2013,
appropriating $60,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for the maintenance of
various municipal streets and highways for the above year is approved. File
copies are enclosed.
An authorization in the amount of$60,000.00 for maintenance was made on
this date. Your next monthly allotment letter will reflect these transactions.
