A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RETIREMENT OF MARTY WILSON
WHEREAS, Marty Wilson has advised that he wishes to retire June 30, 2000 and
since he has accumulated certain sick days, personal days and vacation days he has
requested that he be paid for the accumulated days in advance of his retirement date as
opposed to taking a lump sum check upon retirement. Mr. Wilson has further requested
that amounts due him be paid in weekly checks beginning March 1, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the Canton City Council finds the foregoing recitals to be fact.
2. That the retirement of Marty Wilson on June 30, 2000 be approved and further
the payment of his accrued days for sickness, personal or vacation be on a weekly basis
beginning March 1, 2000.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois at a
regular meeting this 18th day of January, 2000.

Shores, May.
NAYS: None.
