A RESOLUTION APPROVING ALL DEPARTMENT HEADS TO PAY 1%
OF THEIR SALARY TOWARDS THEIR INSURANCE PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois has determined
that it is necessary, desirable and in the best interests of the City of Canton for all
Department Heads in the City of Canton to contribute 1% of their total salary
towards their Insurance Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That all Department Heads will contribute 1 % of their salary towards
their Insurance Plan. Said contributions are to be effective as of and
retroactive to and inclusive of the pay date June 1, 2001
2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and in effect immediately upon
its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois and
approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois and approved
by the Mayor thereof this 5th day of June 2001.
