RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CANTON
TO CONTRACT WITH PAT WRIGHT
FOR ONE MONTH'S TRAINING SERVICE
WHEREAS, Pat Wright has been City Treasurer for many years and has unique experience
and knowledge with regard to treasurer's office of the City of Canton and of the preparation of the
appropriations ordinance, budgets, police and fire pension annual reports;
WHEREAS, these reports are required to be prepared in the very near future;
WHEREAS, Pat Wright has agreed to assist in the training of Patti Beaird Franzoni in the
preparation of the various reports for the City of Canton.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Canton that Pat Wright shall assist
in the training of Patti Beaird Franzoni in the preparation of the various reports and shall be paid
one month's salary of $2,080.00 for the period from May 1, 2001, to June 1, 2001. She shall
receive this salary only and shall not receive the additional benefits of a full time employee.
APPROVED at its meeting on 5-15-01 , 2001.

THIS AGREEMENT, made this f~ day of May, 2001, by and between THE CITY OF
CANTON and PAT WRIGHT, WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Pat Wright has been City Treasurer for many years and has unique experience
and knowledge with regard to treasurer's office of the City of Canton and of the preparation of the
appropriations ordinance, budgets, police and fire pension annual reports;
WHEREAS, these reports are required to be prepared in the very near future;
WHEREAS, Pat Wright has agreed to assist in the training of Patti Beaird Franzoni in the
preparation of the various reports for the City of Canton.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED THAT Pat Wright shall assist in the
training of Patti Beaird Franzoni in the preparation of the various reports and shall be paid one
month's salary of $2,080.00 for the period from May 1, 2001, to June 1, 2001. She shall receive
