AN AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION #3559
Whereas on February 20, 2001, the Canton City Council enacted Resolution
#3559 involving the acquisition and installation of new water meters for all customers,
and,
Whereas in the same resolution provision was made for contractual services for
construction and installation of improvements to the water distribution system of the city,
and,
Whereas both legislative enactments were statements of intent to award contracts
to the respective low bidders subject to loan approval by the Illinois EPA,
NOW THEREFORE, Be it Further Resolved that it is understood that the
Council was stating its intent to award contracts to the bidders involved rather than the
actual awards themselves.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois at a
regular meeting this 6th day of March, 2001, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldeztnen. Molleck, Hartford, Sarff, Phillips, Nidiffer, Meade,
Shores, May.
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None ,
