AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A RE-APPLICATION OF A HOME
OCCUPATION SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR EDWARD L. GOODWIN AT THE
ADDRESS OF 345 N. 7TH AVE., CANTON, ILLINOIS.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Canton has
determined upon review at a meeting held on June 12, 2000 that it is necessary and in the
best interest of the City of Canton to grant a re-application permit upon the request of
Edward L. Goodwin.
WHEREAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar determination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, FULTON COUNTY, II~LINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That a new license for the Home Occupation Special Use Permit be issued
to Edward L. Goodwin of 345 N. 7th Ave., Canton, Illinois, for automotive and furniture
upholstery business for a period of 24 months.
2. That granting of the original license of October 1993.
3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois at a
regular meeting the 20th day of JLme , 2000, upon a roll call vote as follows:

NAYS: Nome .
