In attendance: Mayor Kevin Meade, Kimberley Newburn, City Clerk Diana Tucker
Mayor Meade approved the liquor commission minutes from the meeting scheduled June 09,
2011,
Special Event License for American Grill
An application was submitted by Kimberly Newburn from The American Grill for a special event
license. The special event will be held on February 14, 2012 at S:OOpm and 7:OOpm. One glass
per person of Champaign will be served. The fee will be $100.00 for the special event license.
Mayor Meade approved the request and recommending sending the application to the next
scheduled council meeting.
Kimberly Newburn will pay the $100.00 fee and submit a check in the amount of $500.00 for
bond. A certificate of insurance was submitted with the application.
