2011-2012 FISCAL YEAR ($26,430,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT
ALTERNATIVE REVENUE BONDS SERIES 2005)

AN pRDINANCE ABATING ALLC~ ~O~ ~ E~ATE~REOVENUE
FISCAL YEAR ($26,438,000 PRIN
BONDS SERIES 2005).
WHEREAS, the City of Canton has by ~rdinance No. 1847 previously
authorized the issue of $26,430,000 Principal Amount Alternate Revenue Bonds, Series
2005; and,
WHEREAS, it now appears tliat the City has, or will have on hand, sewer and
water funds sufficient to abate all of such bond levy for the City's 2011-2012 fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TAE CI'I'Y COUNCIL OF THE
CITY 4F CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1, That $2,444,$30.00 of the levy for the City of Canton $26,430,000 alternate
Revenue Bonds, Series 2005, foz the City of Canton 2011-2412 f~scal year be, and
the same hereby is, abated.
2. That atl other levies are hereby reaff'irmed and ratified.
3. That the City Clerk shall certify a copY of this Ordinance to the Fulton Caunty
Clerk as and for said Clerk's authority to abate $2,444,830.00 of said levy.
4. 'That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effec~ immediately upon its
passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, and
approval by the Mayor thereof.
