Whereas, The City of Canton is the fee owner of the following described property to-wit: on FAP Route 685/22,
Section (41 Z,135)R,N;(1CS)R, County of Fulton, Parcel No. 466A004 TE, and more fully described as follows:

And Whereas the State of Illinois desires to acquire the above described premises for use of the Department of
Transportation for highway purposes has made an offer of $400.00 for the above described property. It is the desire of
this corporation to grant the use of the above described premises.
Therefore it is hereby resolved that the Mayor and Clerk of the corporation be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to grant the use of the said corporation interest in said tract of land for the above
offer, and they are hereby further authorized and directed to execute and deliver such other instruments as may be
necessary or convenient to consummate such use. Said conveyance shall be signed by the Maynr of the
corporation and attested by the Clerk

the laws of Illinois and duly authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, does hereby certify that the foregoing is a
true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Board of Directors of said Corporation at a meeting of said Board held

I further certify that a quorum of the said Board of Directors was present at said meeting in accordance with
requirements of the laws of the State of Illinois and by the by-laws of said Corporation; and that said meeting in all

A part of Lot 94 in the Original Town of Canton as recorded in Book 1, Page 207 in the
Fulton County Recorder's Office, being situated in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27,
Township 7 North, Range 4 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Fulton County, State of
Illinois, being described in detail as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 94, thence South 00 degrees 50 minutes 47
seconds West along the easterly lot line of said Lot 94, 52.84 feet to a point being 41.25 feet
normally distant westerly of the existing centerline of Main Street, said point also being on
the westerly existing right of way line of Main Street and the Point of Beginning.
From the Point of Beginning; thence South 00 degrees 50 minutes 47 seconds West along
said right of way, 61.00 feet to a point 41.25 feet normally distant westerly of Main Street;
thence North 89 degrees 09 minutes 13 seconds West, 28.75 feet to a point 70.00 feet
normally distant westerly of Main Street; thence North 00 degrees 50 minutes 47 seconds
East, 61.00 feet to a point 70.00 feet normally distant westerly of Main Street; thence South
89 degrees 09 minutes 13 seconds East, 28.75 feet to the Point of Beginning (the last three
courses being along the proposed temporary easement line).
The said tract of land contains 1,754square feet, more or less, or 0.040 acres, more or less.
