No. 09-08-27-409-001 Sta. 15+25.00 to Sta. 15+86.00 Catalog No. 034221-00 Contract No. 68877 RESOLUTION # 3 9 4 3 Whereas, The City of Canton is the fee owner of the following described property to-wit: on FAP Route 685/22, Section (41 Z,135)R,N;(1CS)R, County of Fulton, Parcel No. 466A004 TE, and more fully described as follows: See Attached Legal Description And Whereas the State of Illinois desires to acquire the above described premises for use of the Department of Transportation for highway purposes has made an offer of $400.00 for the above described property. It is the desire of this corporation to grant the use of the above described premises. Therefore it is hereby resolved that the Mayor and Clerk of the corporation be and they are hereby authorized and directed to grant the use of the said corporation interest in said tract of land for the above offer, and they are hereby further authorized and directed to execute and deliver such other instruments as may be necessary or convenient to consummate such use.
