Section 1. Trat at the general municipal primary election, to be
held in the !;ity of ~'antor, Illinois, or. February 21~, 159, candidates
for the nomination of an alderman of the Second ?~,iard to fill the unex-
pired term cf L. B. Lundry shall be voted upon, and that in the General
Municipal election to be held in said Gity on April 21, 1~~5°, an alder-
man shall he elected in the Second Gland to fill the unexpired terr~~ of
the said L. 13. Lundry.
Section 2. That the place for holdin.~ the election shall be
the John Dean School, Avenue B. and ~~1est ~~ire street, Canton, Illinois,
and the Judges of the Election shall be the same persons Heretofore ap-
pointed by the City Council i.n Resolution r?o. 235, passed by the City
Council on December 16, 1G~5g, and approved by t'^e ~?ayor on December 16,
1~5g.
Section ?. That the City Clerk of said City is herebe authorized
and directed to give such notices ar_d perform all other acts r_ecessary
or required by law to n;akina this Resolution effective.
