FOR ADDITIONAL CONTRACT STREET LIGHTING
BE IT RESOLVED by the iY~' road Gib ~c31 of the
'~~~` of Illinois, that the Central Illinois Public Service
Company be and hereby it is requested to furnish the ~~ of ~~°~ ,
Illinois, the following street lighting service, effective when installed:

Ornamental Lamps @ $ per lamp per year

The additional service hereinabove referred to is requested pursuant to the provisions
of that certain written agreement heretofore entered into between the Company and the
