BE IT RESOLVED by the '~' s C~.'ty ~"€~c~i~. of the
C#.t~r of Haim Illinois, that the Central Illinois Public Service
Company be and hereby it is requested to furnish the Gi~y of ,
Illinois, the following street lighting service, effective when installed:

Overhead Lamps @ $ per lamp per year
Ornamental Lamps @ $ per lamp per year

The additional service hereinabove referred to is requested pursuant to the provisions
