BE IT RESOLVED by the yam' axed City ~~ of the
City of C~ntcas~ Illinois, that the Central Illinois Public Service
Company be and hereby it is requested to furnish the City of C~ntc~ ,
Illinois, the following street lighting service, effective when installed:

Overhead Lamps @ $ per lamp per year
Ornamental Lamps @ $ per lamp per year

The additional service hereinabove referred to is requested pursuant to the provisions
of that certain written agreement heretofore entered into between the Company and the
