RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT BY MUNICIPALITY .
UNDER THE MOTOR FUEL TAX LAW
BE IT RESOLVED, by the ~ of the
Council or President and Board of Trustees

that the following described street (s) be improved under the Motor Fuel Tax Law:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,

to the Department of Public Works and Buildings, Division of Highways, through its District Engineer,
