WHEREAS t'he PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Canton, Ill-
inois, has recommended to this Council that a public hearing be
held on the question of amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Canton changing Lot Number 10 of Block 2 in Anderson's First
Addition to the City of Banton, County of Fulton, and State of Ill-
inois, from Zone R-3 Classification, which under Zoning Ordinance
of City of Canton is a Two-Family Residential District, to Zone
B-2, which under said Zoning Ordinance of the City of Canton is
Classified as a "General Business District".
Be it, Therefore,

Be it, Further Resolved that a notice of said hearing be given

Fifteen days before the hearing.
That a report of said hearing be given to this City Council
of the City of Canton, Illinois, for such further action as said
Council shall at that time think best.
