Company be and hereby it is requested to furnish the L'i.t,~- of ~ ,
Illinois, the following street lighting service, effective when installed:

Dear Mrs. Crawford:
Attached are two copies of a street light resolution covering
the installation of two (2) ?.500 lumen overhead street lamps
in the City of Canton, as per instructions from the City of
Canton Street Lighting Committee. These lights are to be located
between 12th Avenue and 13th Avenue on East Elm Street and in the
circle at the end of Edmar Drive.
Will you please bring this resolution up at the City of Canton
Council Meeting for their consideration. Upon passage, please keep
one copy for your file and return the original to my attention.
