WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 90 authorizing the issuance and
sale of $1, 825, 000 Waterworks and Sewerage Revenue Bonds is now in
full force and effect; and
WHEREAS, The City of Canton employed Crawford, Murphy &
Tilly, Consulting Engineers, Springfield, Illinois, to furnish engineer-
ing services in connection with proposed Waterworks and Sewerage
Improvements in accordance with an Agreement dated November 20,
1962.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Crawford,
Murphy & Tilly be, and that they are hereby authorized and directed to
proceed with engineering services as provided by said agreement in
order th~.t construction of the proposed improvements may be initiated
at the earliest practicable date.
Passed by the City Council, City of Canton, this ~~~ay
of November, 1963.
