RESOLUTION No. 401
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of X35,000.00 (Thirty Five Thousand
Dollars) be transferred from the General Corporate Fund of the City of
Canton, Illinois, to the Fire Protection Fund.
SECTION 2. That the sum of $42,000.00 (Forty Two Thousand Dollars)
be transferred from the General Corporate Fund of the City of Canton,
Illinois, to the Road and Bridge Fund of the City of Canton.
SECTION #~3. That the sum of ~5~000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars) be
transferred from the General Corporate Fund of the City of Canton, Illinois
to the Garbage Disposal Fund of said City.
SECTION !~. That the sum of $16,500.00 (Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars) be transferred from Bonds and Interest Fund of the City of Canton,
Illinois to the Garbage Disposal Fund of said City.
SECTION 5. That the sum of ~10f500,00 (Ten Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars) be transferred from the Public Comfort Station Fund of the City
of Canton, Illinois to the General Corporate Fund of said City.
SECTION 6. That the City Treasurer and City .Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to make said transfer.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 21st day
of April A. D., 1965.
