RESOLUTION AUTHORIZTNG EXECUTION
OF A COOPERATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Fulton County Housing Authority, proposes
to develop and administer a low-rent housing project or projects
to consits of approximately 200 dwelling units; and
WHEREAS, the Fulton County Housing Authority, desires to
enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the City of Canton,
Illinois, in connection with such project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the City of Canton, 1:llinois shall enter into
a Cooperation Agreement with the Fulton County Housing Authority
in substantially the attached form.
2. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Cooperation Agreement, in gradruplicate,
in behalf of said City and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to affix the corporate seal of said City thereon
and to attest the same.
3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois
