A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, IN BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS, TO EXECUTE APPROPRIATE AGREE-
MENT WITH ROY D. MURPHY & ASSOCIATES, RELATIVE TO
PRELIMINARY APPLICATION FORA "WORKABLE PROGRAM" FOR
THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor of the City of Canton, Illinois, be, and
he is hereby authorized to prepare and submit the agreement held by
the City Clerk, Canton, Illinois, in behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois
with Roy D. Murphy & Associates to make preliminary application for a
"Workable Program" for the City of Canton, Illinois, without obligation
on the part of the City of Canton,Illinois, other than to employ Roy D.
Murphy & Associates if said "Workable Program" is secured.
