BE IT RESOLVED I3Y THE CITY CCUr1CIL OF T_HE CITY OF CAT]TOl`•I, ILLIi10IS
Section 1. That the Tslorkable Program and Comprehensive Plan
prepared by Roy D. Murphy ~ Associates prepared for the City of Canton,
Illinois bey and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the said Workable Program and Comprehensive Plan
be submitted to the Department of Housing; and Urban Development for
approval.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City be and they
are hereby authorized to enter into an A~<;x~eement with Roy D. Murphy and
Associates to secure funds for Code Enforcement and structural rehabilitation
and such studies as may be necessary under the provisions of a General
Neighborhood P~enewal Plan; provided however,, that the City shall not be
liable in any manner whatsoever to pay said Roy D. Murphy and Associates
for any services.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 5th day
of April A. D. 1966.
