Union School District Number 66, a Special Charter School District of Fulton

correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the Board of Education of said School
District at a regular meeting of said Board of Education held on August 15,
1966. The above Resolution is duly recorded in the Recorder's Office of
said School District.
