RESOLUTION NU.~--3y
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OI'' THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINCTS:
Section 1. That for the General A~TUnicipal Primary Elec-
tion in the City of Canton, Illinois, to be held February 2$, 1967,
and for the nomination of Candidates for the following City Of-
fices: Aldermen of Wards One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, and
Seven; and for the General Municipal Election to be held on
April 1$, 1967, for the purpose of electing one Alderman in each
of the said Wards of said City, the following places for holding
said elections are hereby designated:
First Ward: St. Mary's Gymnasium, 365 North Third Avenue
Second Ward: 1050 N. Main St. (Old Maytag laundry bldg.)
Third Ward: Wallace Park 250 South Avenue D
Fourth {aJard: Armory, 602 ~ast Linn Street,
Fifth Ward: Grand Army of the Republic Memorial Hall,
Sixth Ward: Warehouseso647 EasttPine~ue,
Seventh Ward: Young Men's Christian Association,
1325 East Ash Street,.
Section 2. That the following persons are hereby ap-
pointed as Judges of said Primary election and said General Election:
First Ward: I47ary Laird, Lorene Owings, Emma Weed, Grace E.
Rusnak, Ann Stanfel.
Second Ward: Beatrice Tarnlianovic~ -~ Helena Kauzlarich, Velma C. Sepich,
Virginia Lock, Rose Nib'belin.
Third b~+ard: Marlene Jett, Ruth White, Betty Jenkins, Lucille
Whitehead, Irma Salisburg.
Fourth Ward : Mildred Portwood ~ Mary Johnson, Hazel Stambaugh, Marilee
Amerine, Vernice S~.ater.
Fifth Ward: Lois Johns, Mary Dallefield, Gertrude Roudebush,
Viola Kuhn, Naomi Reichert

Grzanich, Vera L. Rogers.
Seventh Ward: Iva Waddell, Sally Kuhns Bonnie Myers, Mildred Hannan,
Merlena Brooks.
Section 3. That the City Clerk of said City is hereby
authorized and directed to give notice and to do and perform all

holding of said elections in manner and form as prescribed by law.
