BE IT RE50LUED BY '1'HE CITY COUNCIL OF i'HE CITY OF CANTUPI, ILLINOIS:
That as a part of the consideration of the conveyance of
Lot Number 7 in Block Number 1 in Eastern Star Sub-Division , situated
in the City of Canton, County of Fulton and State of Illinois, to
said City by Clarence E. Hedges and Betty L. Hedges, his wife, the City
at its expense will install water and sewer lines from the street to
connect with the building that the said Clarence E. Hedges and Betty L~
Hedges are placing on the property purchased by them on Tdorth Fourteenth
Avenue, Canton, Illinois.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this
5th day of March A. D. 1968.
