R E S O L U T I O N #489
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS OF THE CITY OF
CANTON, ILLINOISs
1. That the lowest responsible bid for the Canton Paving Improvement
No. 68-A is Skaggs Construction Company, Inc. 1025 Dorlan Avenue, Springfield
Illinois, and Alton Company, Inc., 14 Columbine, Springfield, Illinois, and
the Contract for the construction of said improvement be and the same is
hereby awarded to said Firms in the amount of $216,424.51, and the Secretary
of said Board shall give Notice of Award as required by law.
2. That the Secretary of said Board shall return to the unsuccesful
bidders the Certified checks filed with said Board on said improvement.
