WHEREAS, it has been made to appear that one of the
requirements enabling the City of Canton, Illinois to qualify
for funds on HUD Project Number WS-4-14-0077, Storm Relief Sewers
is that said City enter into an audit contract with a certified
public accountant purposed to the submission of an audit of said
Contract; and,
WHEREAS, George 0. Hocker, is a Certified Public Accountant
of this City who has well served this City in such capacity on
previous occasions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED that the
Mayor of this City be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed
to enter into an audit contract on behalf of said City substantially
in form suggested by the Department of Housing and Urban Development
for the audit of said Project at a cost to the City not to exceed
the sum of One thousand dollars 01,000.00).
PASSED by the City Council of the .City of. Canton, Illinois
and approved by the Mayor this 5th day of August, A.D. 1969.
