BE IT, AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF LOCAL
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOI~S:
SECTION 1. That sealed bids shall be received for Canton
Paving Improvement Numbered 70-A up to the time of July 2~1, 1970,
at ten o' cloclc in the morning (i0 :00 A.i~. } of said date, Central
Daylight Time, at the office of the Secretary of the Board of
Local Improvements (City Clerk) in the City Building, 210 East
Chestnut Street, Canton, Illinois, at which time an d place said
bids will be publicly opened.
SECTION 2. That the Secretary of said Board be, and she
is hereby authorized to give public notice to contractors as
required by law by publication in The Canton I?aily Ledger~as
provided by law.
PASSED this 30th day of June, A.D. 1970.
