WHEREAS, the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois has
proposed to extend and improve the existing City sewer system;
and,
WHEit~~~f , Engineers, on behalf of said City, have heretofore
drawn plans and made estimate of costs therefor and filed the same
with the City Clerk of said City; and,
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is not
less than ~~-,785,300 ~
NOW, THLItEFORE, BE IT .AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
That said plans and estimate of costs as made and
filed by said Engine®rs with the City Clerk, as aforesaid, be and
the same hereby are, approved and, further, that said estimate of
cost in th® amount not less than ~ ~"' 785' ~~~ be, and the same
h®reby is, approved.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois
and approved by the Mayor thereof at a regular meeting of said
Council this 6th day of October, 1970.
