BE IT RESOLVED that Big Creek Enterprises will provide a
good access connection to the shopping center from Ash Street through
the property North of the center site and Ash Street extended; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as soon as possible this access shall
be provided with a hard surface street and that the access so provided
shall insofar as possible be in conformity with existing measurements
for Canton city streets.
The undersigned hereby certifies that the foregoing is a true
and exact copy of the minutes of a meeting of the Board of Directors
of Big Creek Enterprises held at Canton, Illinois on January 27, 1972.
