EA~t, a Petition has been filed requesting the
rezoning of the realty hereinafter described and recommendations
touching thereon have been swede to the City Council of the City
of Canton, Illinois after notice and hearing; ands
WHEREAfi,it hppears to the-City Council that a sp+~cial
use permit would authorise and enable utilization of said
realty as in said Petition preyed without the necessity of
rezoning thereof.

1. That the realty described as follows
Fifty feet off the North ends of Lots l~ and 16
in Anna M. Ricks dddition to Canton, si~~uated

which is located at the address of ~? North 9th Avenue, Canton,
Illinois, may be utilized for the operation of an antique
shop by Charles Owings and 'Wilburta Owings so long es they
thessss~elves operate and use said realty for this pur~aose.
~. That this Rtesolution shall constitute a special
use pergait and not a re-coning of said realty.
3. What the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy
of this Resolution to be recorded in the Talton County, illinoia
Land Records.
4. That this Resolution e~laall be in full force and
effect upon and from its passage.

WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed requesting the
rezoning of the realty hereinafter described and recommendations
touching thereon have been made to the City Council of the City
of Canton, Illinois after notice and hearing; and,
WHEREAS,it appears to the City Council that a special
use permit would authorize and enable utilization of said
realty as in said Petition prayed without the necessity of
rezoning thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the realty described as follows:
Fifty feet off the North ends of Lots 15 and 16
in Anna M. Ricks Addition to Canton, situated
in the County of Fulton in the State of Illinois,
which is located at the address of 27 North 9th Avenue, Canton,
Illinois, may be utilized for the operation of an antique
shop by Charles Owings and Wilburta Owings so long as they
themselves operate and use said realty for this purpose.
2. That this Resolution shall constitute a special
use permit and not a re-zoning of said realty.
3. That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy
of this Resolution to be recorded in the Fulton County, Illinois
Land Records.
4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect upon and from its passage.
