R E S O L l~ T I U
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed requesting the rezonir~~~
the realty hereinafter described and recommendations touching
t,.ereon have been made to the City Council of the City of Canton,
lllinois after notice and hearing; and,
WlfEftEAS~ it appears to the City Council that a special. use
permit would authorize and enable utilization of said realty as
1r7 said Petition prayed without the necessity of rezoning thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED BY THE CI7":
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the realty described as follows:
Lot 1 in Block 2 in Fairview Heights Addition to
the City of Cantons situatedLin the County of Fulton
and State of Illinois9
which is located at the address of 412 North Avenue C, Canton,
Illinois, may be utilized for the operation of one-operator beauty
salon by Jerry Jarnagin and Lillian Jarnagin so long as he or th ey
himself or themselves operate and use said realty for this purpose.
2. That this Resolution shall constitute a special use
permit and not a re-zoning of said realty.
3. That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy uf'
this Resolution to be recorded in the Fulton County, Illinois Land
Records.
4o That this Resolution shall be in full force and effec,
upon and from its passage.
