the City of Canton, Illinois since the year 1.996; and,
WIiC12LAS, the said James M. Woods either has or is about
to retire from his service to and with said City; aid,
'WtI~:R~A~, hip ~~rvice is thought to merit official commendation,
NOW, TIIE ~FURE, I3E IT AND IT IILREBY IS RESOLVED, by the
IViayor and City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois as follows:
1. That the City of Canton, Illinois hereby acknowledges,
with gratitude, the service or its employee, James M. Woods; and,
2. That this Resolution be perpetuated in the annals and
files of this City and that a certified copy thereof be made and
presented to James M. Woods for such use by him and his family
as may be.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois
and APPROVED by the Iwlayor thereof this 28th day of August, 1973.
