WHEREAS, the Illinois and United States Environmental Protection
Agencies will allow certain legal, fiscal and administrative costs as
eligible costs applicable to their Grants for Sewage Works Construction
provided these activities are authorized by Council Resolution, and certain
separate records are maintained.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Mrs. Nellie Crawford, City Clerk, be

authorized to perform the duties required to keep records and files and
make payment requests for the projects funded partially by State and
Federal Grants C 170944. Mrs. Crawford shall keep a separate record of
time spent in the above duties and shall be paid at her normal hourly
wage rate for these services.
