KENT McDOWELL, FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
(A) Holding a Closed Meeting pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1); and
(B) Disciplinary Action with respect to a Commissioned Officer of the Canton Police
Department.
